JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate will be included within the existing ERP team with whom he will collaborate on IT projects for companies in the group.
After an initial period of training, he will take over the management and optimization of the ERP processes of the US production plant and will provide application support to American colleagues remotely.
Travel may be necessary for the creation of interpersonal relationships and for the management of projects.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of the ERP system
- Analysis of business processes and development of operating procedures with a view to standardization
- Support for users in the start-up phase of projects
- 1st and 2nd level Help Desk for Plant USA
- Collaboration with the IT team on other projects
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year experience with Infor LN (Baan); in particular in the areas of production and logistics
- Relational databases; SQL Server is a plus
- English language, spoken and written

- Used to working in a group
- Available for occasional business trips even abroad; especially USA
- Flexible and open in the relationship with colleagues
