Elemaster Group, an Italian multinational company leader in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), is looking for an Application Support Specialist to expand its team in Băiculești (Judetul ARGES -Romania).
The candidate will belong to an international IT Team, becoming the local reference for business applications and standardization of processes.
As Elemaster Application Support Specialist, your core activities will be:
- End – user training
- Help Desk
- User Profiling
- Maintenance and Configuration of Business Applications (ERP, MES, PLM)
- Process Analysis and Change Proposal
- Analysis of compliance with Corporate Guidelines
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collaboration on Global IT Projects
Desired Skills and Experience:
- English fluency
- Experience with ERP systems, Infor LN (Baan) is highly appreciated
- Knowledge of relational databases, Sql Server is highly appreciated
