Job description:

Finance & Controlling Manager will be fully accountable for precise, reliable and timing accounting and monthly/yearly financial reporting according to Local and International Gaaps, for diligently preparing Tax reports in coordination with local GM. Has a fundamental role in coaching other finance team members and in supporting the G.M. and other functional peers.

  • Monthly closing and preparation of financial report in English and Chinese
  • Check account payable and purchase estimate
  • Reconcile imported material and corresponding account payable with headquarter
  • Check employee’s reimbursement
  • Cost calculation
  • Annual audit planning and coordination with auditor
  • Prepare cash flows and c.f. forecasts
  • Assist internal audit with external consultant
  • Arrange payments as jointly decided with GM
  • Inventory control (cycle counting)
  • Inventory valuation and cost control (STD rate calculation and purchase price variance)

Tax tasks:

  • Prepare and submit VAT declaration each month + annual VAT declaration
  • Corporate Income Tax declaration documents to tax bureau
  • Submit monthly financial statements
  • Submit export declaration form online
  • Submit verification certificate of export collection online
  • Annual settlement of EIT
  • Annual stamp duty reconciliation
  • Annual real estate tax reconciliation

Other tasks:

  • Continuous contacts with client to collect receivable
  • Contact with customer to check the delivered goods and invoice
  • Calculate salary
  • Apply loan from bank
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts according to HQ requirements

General tasks:

  • Provide and interpreting financial information;
  • Ensure preparation of financial statements by PRC GAAP and International Accounting Standards and management reports as well as the group consolidation reports;
  • Control general finance procedures and practices;
  • Implement and keep updated Corporate ERP systems for Finance
  • Coordinate with other functions to ensure the ERP data and procedure;
  • Conducts analysis and provide Corporate and Local management with company KPI, ensure actions to achieve Company Budget and Task
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts and strategic planning schedules;
  • Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
  • Coordinate the audits and annual inspections activities of the company;
  • Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation;
  • Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
  • Continuously work on keeping a good, respectful and challenging corporate climate inside Finance Team and among other functions

Requirements:

  • Chinese-speaking
  • Accounting start-up certificate, or accounting / finance major graduated;
  • More than 5 years related work experience of the similar position, foreign invested companies is must or, alternatively with complex manufacturing companies;
  • Familiar with manufacturing production costing;
  • Fluent English is required;
  • Familiar with Infor, SAP, Oracle ERP system;
  • Strong accountability, leadership and communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature;
  • Diligent, proactive, timely, problem-solving oriented and able to work under pressure.
