Today, the doors of the Elemaster Group opened to a group of curious young people, ready to discover the world of electronic manufacturing. The third-year electronics class from the Viganò School in Merate, crossed the company threshold with a mixture of enthusiasm and wonder, aware that they were in an environment where innovation and quality are the order of the day.
The morning began in a cosy and informal atmosphere in the Conference Hall, where the students received customized gadgets, thus setting the stage for a memorable training experience.
The presentation was a real dive into the beating heart of the company, thanks to a video that highlighted Elemaster’s core values: innovation and commitment to the Customer.
The students listened with interest to the company’s presentation, which described Elemaster’s production processes and how it interfaces with its Customers, enabling them to fully understand the Group’s reality.
But the real magic happened when the students were taken on a tour of production. Divided into groups, they had the opportunity to visit several departments, where the foremen, with passion and dedication, explained the stages of production, revealing not only the processing techniques, but also the direct connection with the target sectors.
Subsequently Elemaster’ experts captured the students’ attention by illustrating the importance of inspection and testing, crucial moments in ensuring product quality.
The Electronics course at the Viganò School, which was also launched thanks to the support of the Elemaster Group, bears witness to the company’s commitment to educating new generations and promoting the continuing education of young talents, helping to create a lasting link between education and industry.
