Job role:
- Monthly, quarterly and interim reporting of actual figures under Group standards.
The Successful Applicant:
- Monthly, quarterly and interim reporting of actual figures under Group standards
- Liaising with GL & Tax and Financial Operations departments for month end closing to ensure an accurate and timely reporting.
- Reporting annual/quarterly figures.
- Present financial results to Head of Finance on monthly basis for all relevant departments.
- Deal with audit queries to achieve timely sign off of the statutory accounts.
- Overview of the monthly preparations of financial management control files.
- Controlling / reviewing the chart of accounts.
- Provide ad hoc analyses & reports as required
- Improve automation of all reporting and format of reporting
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position withing a multinational company.
- Very good knowledge of reporting procedures.
- Experience with Infor LN / Oracle systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent Excel skills
- The ability to work on own initiative in order to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables with tight timescales
- Experience in managing a secure and transparent internal control environment
- Highly structured and organized
