Job role:
- Supply chain import/export and customs specialist.
The Successful Applicant:
- Contracts follow-up from the point of view of deliveries, contract values as well as the validity of contracts (tracking of deliveries, customs, tracking of external payments);
- Providing specific information and reports to the hierarchical/functional superior;
- Reporting any non-conformities/dysfunctions in the procurement activity accompanied by proposals for corrective/preventive actions/corrective measures;
- Cooperation with third parties (carriers, customs declarants and authorities) in order to ensure compliance with the customs and fiscal legislation in force;
- Carrying out import and export customs formalities (preparation of specific documentation, document translations, provision of information in order to establish the appropriate tariff frameworks, verification of the amount of customs duties on import);
- To know the clear way of how transportation is ordered, organized and how to be in touch with the suppliers;
Requirements:
- Graduated from higher education in economics – preferred
- Experience of at least 3 years in a position in the purchasing area
- Good knowledge in the field of import – export and customs
- Advanced Excel level
- Knowledge of using an ERP system
- English level – intermediate
- Focused on details, organized
- Ability to adapt fast to changes and challenging projects within the team
