Her insights on corporate sustainability struck a chord with the audience, offering valuable advice on integrating sustainable practices into daily operations.
Valentina’s discussion highlighted the multifaceted nature of sustainability, exploring its ecological, territorial, and economic dimensions. She emphasized that sustainability is not just a moral imperative, but also a strategic decision with tangible costs and implications for shareholders.
Valentina spoke about two fundamental concepts:
Ecodesign and how it should be a must for every business and entrepreneur who wants to make their business greener today. Ecodesign is now a cross-industry concept and an opportunity for cost optimisation. As well as allowing Italian industry to position itself at a competitive level.
The second concept is Internationalisation: innovate according to the principles of sustainability and in this way our products will conquer global markets because consumers will recognise in these products a value for society and the environment in which we live.
