Job description
- Project acquisition and sales of design services for mechatronic devices and electronic hardware and software projects for the DACH area
- Develop and understand business strategies for international customers
- Operate as the main point of contact for customers
- Build and nurture customer relationship at all decision making levels including senior executives, project management, technical procurement and engineering management
- Account planning, proactive proposals, quoting intelligence and proposals development, customer meetings
- Target and win businesses to maximize profitability
- Be the key individual in presenting, selling and delivering Elemaster R&D services which includes concept development, hardware and software and mechanical design services
- Achieve revenue / profit targets and tracking of financial performance
- Negotiate deals and service agreements
Requirements
- University degree in electronics or industrial engineering
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical role and sales roles with focus on b2b R&D sales projects or a proven record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable role
- Specific experiences in sales or project management or development of electronic and/or mechatronic devices, supported by internal consolidated product and process specialists.
- Excellent German skills; fluent English skills; other foreign languages are advantageous
- Ability to work with internal teams
- Understanding of key financial metrics
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and strong negotiation skills

- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally completes your profile
