The Academy Elemaster project plays a crucial role in actively supporting the Lomagna and Montevecchia plants through ongoing training and alignment with IPC standards, ensuring that the team possesses up-to-date industry skills, maintains high-quality standards in production processes, and fosters continuous improvement within the workforce.
