On last Friday 22nd March, Elemaster Group was glad to renew its yearly participation to the Orienteering Day organized at “E. Breda” Instituite of Sesto San Giovanni, to introduce the company to young people studying in the Electronics field.
This initiative continues a long-standing collaboration between the Institute and our Company, and was an occasion not only to make our company known to young future graduates, but also to share the proposed pre-insertion training courses organized by Elemaster, like the Academy.
“Concretely experience-based initiatives such as trainings done by professional operators and teachers, to become autonomous on the job market; a long-term system project that fosters an innovative way to approach to the world of work” explains Claudia Calvi Rossi, Elemaster Group – HR.
