Job Description:
The candidate will become the IT referent for the Shanghai production site and will be in tight collaboration with the HQ team on system and application activities.
He/She will focus identifying and fixing IT related issues and help the local management improve IT and Process adoption in order help colleagues achieve their maximum potential.
He/She will become part of a young, multicultural, and skilled team where we welcome new ideas and skillsets. We prefer quality over quantity and try to implement long-term solutions that help the business thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain IT systems: servers, network, endpoints, printers and voip
- Monitor Business Applications and collaborate with central IT to ensure their full availability
- Analyze business requirements and work with central IT to identify the correct solutions
- Adopt and deploy locally corporate standards and tools
- Train colleagues on system and application usage
- Ensure correct ERP usage
- Collaborate on Business Intelligence project
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge and passion for Information Technology
- Knowledge of at least one ERP system is a plus
