Die Elemaster-Gruppe liefert ebenfalls „schlüsselfertige“ Lösungen, d.h. vollständig montierte und geprüfte Endprodukte. Sie kann dazu auf ihre außerordentliche Flexibilität zurückgreifen, im Sinne der Realisierung von Produkten für die Anwendung in sehr unterschiedlichen Sektoren sowohl hinsichtlich der involvierten Technologien als auch der Standards und Planungsmodelle.
Aufgrund des Organisationsmodells der „WorkCells”, das heißt mithilfe von speziell für jeden Kunden eingerichteten Produktionsflächen und -teams, gewährleistet Elemaster die vollständige Personalisierung der Leistung - von den Ausrüstungen über das Prozesslayout bis zur Bestimmung der Fachleute, die jeden einzelnen Aspekt in der Beziehung mit dem Kunden zu managen wissen: Projektmanager, Qualitätsmanager, Planer, Fachpersonal.
